The Czech Trade Inspection Authority is the supervisory body for consumer protection which acts in compliance with Act 64/1986, on Czech Trade Inspection, as amended, and other regulations. In compliance with provision § 1837 j) of Act 89/2012, the Civil Code, the accommodated guest as a consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the accommodation contract as long as the accommodation facility provides performance on the specified date and time.
